Returns:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
