We currently ship only within India and do not accept international orders at this time. 

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000 (after all applicable discounts). 

For orders with a value below Rs. 2000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 149 will apply. 

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. 

We strive to ensure all products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. 

Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition, are expired, or if an incorrect product has been delivered. To qualify for a return, the items must remain unused and in their original packaging. Please note that  used products are not eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
