How To Use

1. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every use.
2. First burn: let it burn until the full surface melts (1 to 2 hours).
3. Place near you: on your bedside table or desk for maximum benefit. Keep it within arm's reach, not across the room.
4. Burn for 1 to 2 hours at a time. The Essential Oils continue working for 30 to 60 minutes after you blow it out.
5. Ventilate: keep a window slightly open to allow fresh air circulation alongside the candle.

Can this replace a nasal decongestant?

This candle supports clearer breathing through aromatherapy but is not a medical treatment. It works well alongside your regular cold remedies. The Lemon and Sweet Marjoram Essential Oils help ease discomfort but will not cure a cold or sinus infection.

Is it safe to use while sleeping?

Never leave a burning candle unattended or while sleeping. Light it 1 to 2 hours before bed, blow it out, and the lingering scent will continue to support your breathing as you fall asleep.

Can children use this candle?

The candle is safe to burn in rooms with children over age 5 with adult supervision. Keep it out of reach and ensure ventilation. For younger children, consider our ClearBreath Roll-On which can be applied externally.

How is this different from ClearBreath Roll-On?

The candle fills an entire room with the scent and is best for home use. The Roll-On is portable, applied directly to skin, and uses Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Myrtle. Different Essential Oils, different use cases. Many customers use both.
